I am on the 5th visit now for AC and counting. Visit 1, tech trouble shoots problem to be a switch that turns a fan on that I pointed out a wire was broken on. I did not agree with his findings but his reasoning was that my AC unit was probably freezing up and the fan was keeping it from being completely frozen and since I am no AC tech I have to go by what the Experts say. So he ordered the part. Visit 2. Took what I thought was a long time to get a switch that could of been picked up locally. When I called in asking about it I was told that I was a priority customer, and when I was told the part was in I was told other customers were ahead of me. I asked if they were new calls from today and they said yes, where is my priority at I asked but did not get a response. Tech replaced the switch and then decided to that it wasn't the problem. So looked further into it. Decided that it was I believe is call the A frame coil pack. So had to order it. Another hot week. I asked if they could get me some window units since my issue was misdiagnosed and was told that they do not find heat an emergency and I asked about heat strokes not being important. I left it at that but wasn't happy at all. Visit 3. Installers came in and installed the new A frame. Took most of the day, the re-routed some lines, did some testing, left some equipment outside on my grill (which I gave back to the next tech that came out) and let some disgusting parts on my downstairs bathroom sink. (Very unhappy about this) Visit 4. My AC is still not cooling down correctly. Tech comes out, first kind of suggested that my house had been added onto, I have lived there 15 year and I nor the original have added anything onto the house. Then I was told that my AC unit is to small which I find very funny as I have had the same unit since I have lived there and have not had any major issues until now. Now the diagnoses is that my ducts are dirty which is going to cost me $400 for me to just have to call them back and say it is still not working. We are at the point where there won't be a lot of hot days left. I am going to request that my call stay open until next year when it gets hot if we do not get another hot day so I can test out my AC unit. They tell me that a AC unit can only do so much. IF it is 100 Degree's out, it will only cool a house down by 20 Degrees, that would be great. When it is 85 Degrees outside, I can't get past 78 Degrees which is only 7 degrees. So now I am looking at taking 1 or 2 more days off. 1 for duct cleaning because the tech that came out the last time says it has to be duct work. So we are on diagnoses number 3.

The repairman came promptly and explained the issue, and was able to correct it on the same visit with little trouble, He found debris in the hot water line and cleared it out for me.

The price was $70 and we had a warranty with them. Their service was done very quickly after we did the phone call. The person from the company was very courteous and thorough in his work.

Their service was excellent. The pricing was a little high. Overall I was satisfied with everything.

I was previously president of a company that used TMI for the property. When we moved down here, we decided to use them for our house. They have an emergency number, but I haven't had to test that yet. We have a five year contract and plan on renewing it after the five years.
