Besides this, the day they arrived to start the project the weather turned extremely snowy, completely different from when they left their home base in Springfield. They almost apologized in asking if I minded if they came back the next day (Saturday) to start the job. Not next week, but actually on a Saturday. I think it would have been impossible to work under the existing weather condition. Then they came back Sunday and even Monday to complete the job. I will not hesitate to call them again to work for me. They get an Excellent rating from me."
