Septic Specialist

After troubleshooting the problem for almost a year we took the plunge and had the line video cast. It had collapsed about 15 feet outside of the house under the concrete patio which was below the second floor deck. Not an ideal location. They came out and cut thru the concrete and were able to run a bypass to the other side. To be clear they extended the line in a giant "U" shape around all the obstructions. Luckily the drop on my line was sufficient to tie into it on the other side. This prevented them from having to run it all the way to the street. That saved me about $3000!!! 5 months and it's still flowing great. Guys were professional and friendly. I can't believe two guys knocked out all that work in 1 day.

They are great. They come on time. They get everything done efficiently. They are a great company. I would highly recommend them.

The courteous and clean service man arrived very promptly.  He was friendly and answered all my questions as he quickly went to work.
Because it had been many years since the last pump out I asked him to use their "Crust Buster"($25 extra), liquefying, power stirring device.  It was impressive.  Along with his pressure nozzle attachment on my garden hose the job of pumping out and cleaning was very thorough.
The service man was careful and efficient as he retrieved and stored the equipment and vacuum hose.
