"We recently had our kitchen remodeled, and we couldnâ t be more thrilled with the results. Werkman Builders exceeded all of our expectations from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and attentive to every detail. The craftsmanship and quality of the work are outstandingâ every element of the kitchen was done to perfection. They kept the project on time and within budget, which was a huge relief. Communication was excellent throughout the process. They listened to our ideas, provided valuable suggestions, and kept us informed at every step. Michael and Mason were respectful of our home, cleaned up daily, and minimized disruption as much as possible. If youâ re looking for a contractor who delivers exceptional results with top-notch service, we highly recommend them. Our kitchen has been transformed into the space weâ ve always dreamed of!"

"Very happy with the work that was done -- driveway, sidewalks, and new front stoop. They were very helpful and accommodating as we made adjustments to our original design. Most other companies were scheduling weeks or months out, but Apex got back to me right away and finished the job quickly and on time as promised. Concrete is expensive, so be prepared to pay a lot, but I would highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again."

"The remodel went great. Joe and his crew were friendly and prompt. They did the work in a timely fashion and were very good at communicating about the project. They did an amazing job transforming our bathroom. They replaced a vanity, walls, put in a tub and tiled. They also laid vinyl flooring and installed lights. We were impressed and thrilled with how quickly they worked and with the finished project. We would hire them again for another renovation. Please check them out."

"Sometimes it is hard to schedule with John, but when he gets there, the work is fabulous.  There are people who drive by my house and stop just to tell me how beautiful my front porch is.  They do a great job of cleaning up after themselves, as well. I would definitely hire JMJ for any kind of deck/porch or full remodel.

"Scott and his team are wonderful. After recently being scammed by a contractor that we hired to remodel my parent's home, I had to quickly find someone who is honest and reliable. I called Illinois Remodeling Consultants and explained our situation to Scott and he was quick to help us. He immediately went over to the property and gave us his honest observations. Because my parents were taken advantage of, he made sure that they did not have the same experience. His prices are completely fair and he even helped us with that. He took care of everything. We are so grateful to have Scott on our side. He is the best project manager and makes sure that everything is done. We are having the bathroom and floors remodeled and the back door fixed. Later this year or next year we will work with him to have the kitchen done. The photos that I am attaching are of the unfinished bathroom, but you can tell the high quality of their work. They are awesome."

"I purchased an old home that needed extensive work, particularly flooring. Two rooms downstairs and the entire upstairs needed all new floors, some with remediation of sub surfaces. All the work was done beautifully, on time, and on budget."

"Carpet restreched for every room in three bedroom ranch home. The project objective was to remove ripples in the carpets which had developed due to initial poor installation - home builder / carpet dealer would not stand behind their installation. This contractor was very honest and professional - project started and completed on time within cost estimates."

"I contacted World Painting after CertaPro dropped out of sight.  We quickly got an appointment with them and they were ready to give us a bid that day.  The price was reasonable and it included power washing, caulking, and painting our porch floor along with the entire house.
They were able to start within the week and kept us updated through out the project, letting us know what was the next step and when it would be completed.  Customer service was excellent.  When I had a question they called me back within the hour.
They did an amazing job and we have gotten tons of compliments on it.  We would definitely use them again.

"I originally met Mr. Washburn when he was recommended to me from a roofing company to fix my ceilings as I had water damage. He did great work, so I contacted him three years later for a complete bathroom remodel and to install new windows on my house. The bathroom was in quite bad shape due to water damage and leaking. Greg worked out a plan for us and really listened to make what we wanted happen. Our bathroom is finished now as of two days ago and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Greg is honest, hard-working, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, just a great guy! He is very precise and thorough. I got the feeling he was repairing my house like he would his own. He takes pride in doing things right the first time and that's exactly what he did! After the windows, next he is going to install a new water heater for us. Sometime this summer, we plan on hiring Greg again to build a fence for us. Basically, Greg was a miracle for us and if you need work done right the first time with awesome results, look no further, Greg is the man with mad skills!"
