"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

The Owner/Operator (Ray) takes care of most jobs, using one part-time employee when necessary. We do act as sub-contractors on certain projects when presented with feasable opportunities. Residential clients pay upon job completion (check, cash or MO)and Commericial clients are billed at 30 day pay out max. We have a trip charge of $30 - $75 when travel mileage exceeds 30 miles. We've been in business for 5 yrs and from day one, making customers happy has brought us our greatest pleasure. We truly enjoy our work and we enjoy meeting new people and delivering high quality services to each of our clients.
