I had used the services very regularly for about a year and then decided to quit.

While very pleased initially, as time went on there seemed to be suddenly be changes with different "friends" helping out and

the cleaning was not very thorough.  At least one did not appear to have a cleaning background.   Michelle is very

personable and friendly, but lacked a bit on follow through.

I really had hoped for a service that was more detail oriented, so we unfortunately did not turn out to be a good match.

"The crew arrived earlier that agreed and set to work quickly. The crew were friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. They worked very hard and were very respectful of our home. "Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room.  She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources.  Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me.  That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought.  I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.
