"I am very satisfied with window shopping. The salesman was very good at explaining all about the way the windows work and also how efficient they are. I thought price was a very fair price for installation and clean up. The workers that put my windows in were good and didn't take them long to put them in. The caulking around my windows was very neat and clean . I did notice once windows were in it reduced outside noise alot. They cleaned up around the house nicely also. I would recommend window shopping to all my friends and would buy from them again. I'm looking now to put screen doors on in the future. "I bought an Anglie's List deal to have one room painted for $99.  It turned out that the deal included only the walls, not the ceiling and trim although that was not mentioned in the ad for the deal.  When I pointed that out to AOM, they agreed to include the trim.   They also agreed to paint an exterior door at no additional cost.  I paid extra for them to paint the ceiling for which they supplied the paint.  I had consulted with them prior to 10/2 about the other paint, which I had purchased in advance.  The two men who did the work were prompt and meticulous.  There was a slight problem with the finish on the door which they corrected a few days later.

"Carlos was amazing!! We have a 2 story home with many windows, including cathedral length windows in the formal living room. He and his team were professional, efficient, quick to respond to a quote, and the final product was beyond our expectations!! Our windows had not been cleaned since before the pandemic... "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"I received a confirmation from Choice Home for my claim within hours of filing my claim. Included in the confirmation was the Contractors Name, Phone number and the window for service. I was contacted by the Contractor within the service time window, however it was towards the end of the service window. We missed each other call. Therefore my technician visit was re-scheduled for first visit next day. Next day I was contacted by the tech prior to his arrival and arrived as promised. The technician was respectful of our property, he used shoe protectors and ensure all was cleaned before he left. He quickly identified two problems with A/C and corrected them, The technician explained what was covered by Choice Home Warranty and what was not. He provided a fair price for the extra work for use to decide. The technician also identified another issue with the installation of the U/V light in our A/C and provided valuable maintenance tips. In all it was a positive experience."
