Reuben met with us several times for the design and to show us examples and discuss the features of the composite product. He met our requests and offered a few suggestions. Our carpenters were friendly and very conscientious with our property. When we found water damage from the previous deck, they offered a solution and added it to the project. Throughout the project, they offered great communication regarding the status, next steps, coordination with our other contractor, and the estimated completion date. They finished the deck on schedule, and it exceeds our expectations."

He is genuine and cares About the Customer.He really wants their end results to be exactly what they we’re hoping for. Or exceedingly better. I was very impressed with how quickly the windows were put in by Tommy and Greg and how they also were very professional and courteous. Tommy tooK time to make sure I knew how to operate the new windows. Neil came back and did a walk through and provided The most exciting News: my encasement windows Could be cleaned from inside the house and he personally cleaned a couple to show how easily it can de done!!!? "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
