"This was for work that was done in 2012. I know it took too long to rate, but I have been finding out disaster after disaster of what quality of work was performed. I had 3 wishes: open up a room (2 walls opened), renovate my kitchen and renovate the master bathroom for $30. I provided all the kitchen/bathroom appliances and they would provide the labor, granite counters and new, cost efficient cabinets. The kitchen cabinets are cheaply made and are not even lined up, the tiles has been coming up and the quality of work is like this was their first job. They lied all the time about the work and they kept finding reasons to increase the price, ultimately that I never got the master bathroom upgrade. I still have a brand new bathroom standing tub and vanity tub stored in my garage. The work too forever and was just downright shoddy. I actually separated from my wife, in part, due to this devastating experience! I knew I went wrong when dealing with Bill Kalafut in the final steps of them being done screwing me over. He was trying to wiggle out of being responsible for some work and he told me "There is only so much I can do, you know I have to make money on this job." I advised him the best way to not earn respect and referral business is to tell a customer that the owner needs to make money. I have very little regrets in life, but hiring KH Renovations tops the list."

"Emailed Bob on a Saturday regarding my dented garage door and that it wouldn't always stay down due to the new dent. He called on Sunday to set up an appointment for Monday. He came on time and told me what my options were for my garage door. I needed a new garage door due to all the damage to it and then I added a new garage door opener. At first it looked like they wouldn't be able to install until Wednesday or Thursday, but due to a cancellation, they were able to come Tuesday. On Tuesday afternoon, the installer came on time and worked straight through to after 7 pm. He cleaned up everything. Door looks great and opener is so quiet. I would definitely use them again."
