We serve both residential and commercial, we have been constructing and remodeling for over ten years now. The customer satisfaction is our goal,
"Worst tile job I have ever seen!! Cal recommended marble for the kitchen floor which is the worst kind of tile for a kitchen it stains scratched and it high maintenance. also the tile is uneven it has chips because it looks like the spacers where broken off. they installed a backsplash with beveled edges and put so much grout that you couldn't even see the beveled edges it took me 2 days to scrap out all the grout. They also had to come out twice to fix the strainer in the kitchen sink!! They installed a new tiled shower and those tiles are also uneven also the shower floor puddles in the center. I asked them to frame out the mirrors in both my bathrooms and they screwed that up but I ended up paying for the oak trim and ended up cleaning up after them. I have reached out to Cal several times and at first he told me he would come and talk to me about the kitchen floor and now he won't even respond to my text messages."

We make sure that you are getting the correct materials because some companies will give you an unbelievable great price but will give you less quality or even used materials to make up for the reductions. Validate all the company licenses in the city of Chicago website so that the licenses are existing or current. Ask for a state id to verify owners so to compare your contract and warranty. If none of this is valid, the warranty they are selling you is note going to be valid and nor is their liability insurance and nor their contract. So, you may be open for law suits for any incidents occurring on your property. Make sure you get all the materials and labor liens waivers when the job is done because if they don’t pay their workers, one worker can place a lien on your property for non pay. We are providing top quality materials, warranty, and giving you great deductions that you we all need during these difficult financial times. We have already worked on numerous roofs in your area. It would be a pleasure to provide a referral list for you We are a licensed #TGC041443 company in the city of Chicago with liability insurance of 1,000,000 to 2,000,000 dollars per incident. Please feel free to verify our license in the city of Chicago Website. We are a family owned company that knows the area well since my family and I grew up in Chicago. All our workers do their daily report, and inspected by the project managers. All our project managers have a Project Manager’s Certificate & Green Training Certificate completed and 40 hour Osha at St. Augustine College. We clean all our working area daily at the end of every job. We treat our clients with respect, integrity, compassion, and not like a “Lets see what’s the most money we can make on this job ATTITUDE!” We build a relationship with you first that will last a lifetime! Please feel free to call us for any questions or free estimates.

There are crews set up accordingly to their area of expertise. We pride ourselves on quality, reliability and performance along with job safety and house keeping during projects. We also understand that it is a pain to have work done to your home, especially interior remodels, so we do our best to try to make it as comfortable as possible.

The cost of an awning is $1,400 to $4,400 on average. However, this cost could be as low as $100 or as high as $7,500, depending on a few factors. The type of awning you choose, the size you need, and your location all affect your overall cost.
For example, portable awnings you can put up and take down yourself range from $100 to $400, whereas motorized awnings are more luxurious and cost between $2,000 and $3,500.
When contacting an awning installer, there are a few questions to ask to make sure the process runs smoothly. To have the awning of your dreams installed to shade you from the sun, ask your installer some of these questions to get you started:
How long will this project take to complete?
Do you have insurance coverage?
Will I need a building permit for this project? Who is responsible for obtaining this?
Do you have references from previous clients?
Do you have photos of previously completed projects?
Awnings can take anywhere from two hours to two days to install once made. Retractable awnings are generally more lightweight and simpler to install than metal ones, which take longer. Even if you’ve chosen a retractable awning, it’s best to plan for a two-day installation timeframe to give your installer plenty of time to ensure proper installation and operation.
Awnings are either fixed or retractable and can be paired with a variety of cover materials. Fixed awnings are a permanent outdoor feature of a building. These are highly durable and require ongoing maintenance. Once installed, the position of this awning cannot be changed.
Retractable awnings are more popular than fixed awnings since the cover can open and close. This allows homeowners to open and close the awning, depending on the weather. When not in use, it can be closed to allow for extra space.
Besides the type of awning, you’ll need to choose the type of cover. Your awning installation professional will review your options with you, including availability and costs. The types of covers you can choose from include:
Wood, which is durable but can be damaged easily by rainwater and fire
Cotton offers flexibility, weatherproofing, and easy cleaning
Canvas is highly durable and is a good choice for retractable awnings
Metal is sturdy but is prone to rust
Polyester is easy to clean and is a more breathable option
Polycarbonate is highly resistant to UV rays and is difficult to damage
