"I was happy at first. I was given a quote and accepted the bid I was given from this company. I was originally told he'd probably be able to get it done next week (this was last week). I texted him at 10:15 today asking (nicely) if he knew when he might be able to come. Around 12:30 I still hadn't received a response, so I messaged again, no response again! Around 2 I sent him another message reminding him of Angie's code of conduct and finally received a response basically saying that he's to busy to respond to a customer and IMO I took it as he was trying to blame me for his lack of communication. I would only recommend this guy if you're interested in being ghosted or gaslighted into believing you are confusing something that was never communicated!"
