We talked about 2 different jobs and he gave us a bid for both of them. One we thought was too expensive and so we decided just to go with the other one. The next time he came, he brought the materials and he brought a worker with him and they installed the shelves. I thought they were very accommodating. He made some suggestions as how we could improve the look of what we had originally come up with which we thought was very helpful. I thought he was very professional and very eager to please. He really dedicated to his craft and he wants to make it a success. You respect that because you know his work will be dependent upon good reviews and referrals. We thought we had one problem but we contacted him. He offered right away to come out and correct it at no charge but we were able to resolve the issue on our own.
