"Mike has been an excellent friend and worker for me. I'm so thankful to have found him to take charge of returning a rental house into a prospective home to list on the market. He does great work, responds and communicates well. He's surprised me on a couple of occasions by taking care of some items I thought would require many more dollars to hire a contractor. I didn't mention I live 2,000 miles away from the rental, so it's been a godsend to have Mike onboard. Great guy, does great work."

Sloppy detail work see photos. I want the work completed but I don?t want him back in my house. Please do not hire. Menards didn?t even want him in there store anymore. Quoted me an extremely low price just to get job. So many things he left out. "
