"He did great.  The price was good.  I really needed that done and I don't know too much about plumbing, but the work he did, came by the house and looked at the pipe, then went and got the parts.  I'm not in that State but the house is.  My nephew let him in and everything was great.  The price was great.  The quality was good.  My nephew sent me pictures of the work he did - after it was broke and the water spilling out and everything - and all the parts were new.  He was on another job but as soon as he got done with that other job, he came straight to the house; my nephew was waiting on him and he was there like he said.   Those are good guys, The Plumber.  I live in another State and he still did the job and waited for me to send the money to him two days later.  I'm in Florida and the house is in Indiana."

"Excellent. This experience was the best I have had hiring outside help. After it was installed, I had some concerns and asked Aaron to come by. He came over on a Friday evening and to my surprise, agreed and quickly went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He was understanding and agreed with my concerns. Later I was worried about a sound I was hearing coming from the sump pump. He came up on a Sunday and turned out it was my old pump (not the new one they had installed) that was making the noise. He removed it and clearly explained why it was making the noise. The perimeter drain, pump, and dry well that they installed have all worked great since the installation, which was nearly 9 months ago now. It was very clear making sure a job was completed well and with integrity was important to him. It was comforting to know I was working with a company who valued customer service and doing a job well. Their prices were more reasonable than the 3 other companies I had estimates from. They ordered the window and called me back when it was ready for installation. They came out replaced it and removed the old window. They were only here a half hour. They are always prompt and courteous."

Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new.
