"Vendor arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and said I needed a new ceiling fan. He called Choice, We waited approximately 10 minutes for a call back and an approval to replace the ceiling fan. He went out the truck and brought in a new fan and mounted it. I did have the option of going out to buy a specific make and model vs their replacement one and then he would mount it if I desired. "This review is well over due. Now that we have the drain tile system we have not received any flooding The day he began Brian's team came to our house promptly in the morning at 8am. They immediately started jack hammering the floor around the perimeter of the basement. While two men jack hammered on opposite ends the rest of the team followed behind them clearing debris and bringing the large pieces to a truck to be hauled away. They then installed the drain pipe, sump pumps, and poured cement. They were able to compete the project within 8 hours. I was definitely impressed! Now that it is a year later with 3 seasons behind us we cannot complain about his installation of the drainage system. Furthermore, one year later he still provided us with exceptional customer service. Oddly enough our pipes connected to our sump pump that takes the water from the drain tile to the backyard became detached. He responded asap with putting the detached pipes from the sump pump back together and making sure what happened will not happen again. What I liked about him in comparison to the other companies was his approach. No sales techniques, nothing gimmicky just genuine and straight shooter type of guy. He believes in his service, no thrills and whistles to the product. Just common sense solutions with quality service. It's your house your investment. Call this guy, no "BS" to it. "Jeff came on time and installed the memory I needed on two computers. He then stayed to check various settings to make sure that everything on the software side was working as fast as possible. His prices were great as well. Hire this guy. You'll be glad you did."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
