"Miller and his colleagues were able to do a lot of things quickly. Along with everything else, they also grabbed some old furniture that I needed help moving to the curb. They took several cares to make sure nothing was damaged during the move, including wrapping the furniture, turning off all the lights, and packaging the picture frames."

"It went very well. Nice man. He had to dismantle the hoop, the pole, and the base with a saw and he hauled away all of the pieces, including most of the sand that had filled the base. The rest of the sand I told him he could leave and I would just spread it around the yard. He swept up what had spilled in the driveway and was finished in less than an hour. I have already referred him to a freind for another project."

"He came promptly, did a thorough, professional job, and even cleared our sidewalks. He timed the service to match our needs. He undid the harm caused by careless city snow ploughing that blocks our driveway. We plan to call him every time it snows because of his thorough, reliable service."

"Ediberto Argueta from Angi and his crew did a great job. I needed ‘already bagged yard waste’ picked up but the services I called had a minimum price of around $400 to come out. It included picking up the bagged yard waste plus removal of several bushes in our backyard. We decided to go with Ediberto’s quote which was the best deal. The job included removal of bushes which were more like trees as you can see in the pictures. This was a bigger job than expected but the crew got the job done. They were professional and friendly. We will be hiring them again soon. We would recommend this service to our friends and family."

Hauling questions, answered by experts

Cleanup transforms construction sites into livable spaces, removing dust, debris, and materials, ensuring the finished area is safe and visually appealing.

Yes, if you have a vehicle suitable for transporting concrete, you can manually load the pieces, drive to the dump, and dispose of the concrete. If you have access to a public dump, you may not have to pay per visit, but private dumps will usually charge based on the weight and type of debris. As you can imagine, dumping concrete can get expensive using a private dump site. Hiring a professional concrete disposal company is usually a better option to get the job done quickly and safely.

When deciding between renting a dumpster and hiring a junk removal service, the key factors are the type of project, the items you're discarding, and your timeline.

  • Rent a dumpster for longer projects like remodeling or construction. It offers flexibility, allowing you to dispose of debris like broken tile, drywall, fixtures, and yard waste over several days. You will be responsible for loading the dumpster yourself.

  • Hire a junk removal service for quick, hands-free disposal. This is ideal if you want to get rid of a pile of junk quickly, or if you have heavy or bulky items like furniture and boxes that you don't want to lift yourself. The professionals handle all the labor, often clearing everything out within a few hours.

Demolition services vary in cost based on the scope of your project, but the average cost to demolish a house is around $15,500 for a 1,500-square-foot house. You can also use a per-square-foot price for demolition to get a good estimate, and you can expect to pay between $4 and $17 per square foot. Several other factors that play a role in your pricing, including the following:

  • Permit costs in your area

  • Building material disposal method

  • Machinery rental costs

  • Lot size

  • Proximity to nearby structures

Costs depend on property size, cleaning scope, and debris type.
