Best awning pros near Burnham, IL

"It went very well. My only complaint was that there was not literature (warranty, maintenance instructions, etc.) that came when they installed it. They said that it would be e-mailed to me. It never was. I also had a technical question so I called them. They put me though to the specialist but I had to leave a message. They never called me back."

"Sales rep Sean Sullivan, assistants on call, installers Luis & Adam: appreciation to all for quick, helpful information & responses."

"Great. They responded right away, were very professional and knew what they were doing. It was nice to have someone who obviously knew his craft audit our roof situation. He also made minor repairs and added caulking. I will definitely call SRS again."

"I wanted transoms in the picture window. Armando came out to discuss sizing so that the proportions were correct for the size of the window. He was very professional and took the time to discuss the various options. Later, we had a miscommunication in the original order resulting in a misordered window. Jimmy called immediately and worked with us to find a solution that pleased both parties. I am very happy with the level of service and the quality of the Windows."

"I don't have any problem with it and they're professional and friendly."
