Michael recognized our emergency and took immediate action. There's a different tree company well reviewed in Angie's List that I wasted 2 weeks on prior and would avoid. I called Rivera 3-5 times. left VMs. Spoke w/ admin. They didn't provide me with the estimate as promised, until i followed up 1-2 times. Then when it finally came to schedule, they were a week out.
