Firm was hired to do thinning of large established shrubs surrounding house. Instead of work as agreed in writing, this firm clear cut all shrubs to the ground and removed. They entered my property when I wasn?t there. Had they, I could have stopped them. Firm offered to pay for replacement, but only $1,735 of $7,000 in damage!!! The matter is soon to be in court. Do not hire this firm. You will be sorry! Firm is also being sued by 9 employees (undocumented) for being paid less than minimum wage!

Took them six weeks to actually come do the work after proposal was sign and two hours not two days as initially quoted. Then at the end he left a huge stump (not in the ground on it's side) and indicated it was an additional fee. Proposal stated all weed's; tree's etc in that area. Stump was not seen as a professional he should of pointed that out during the proposal time and indicated then it was an additional fee. Company not responding at all to this.

Crew should up on time and good the job done in very professional manner.

Fabulously. They were on time for the quote and for the trimming, were very professional, reasonably priced, did a great job and cleaned up. Would hire them again in a minute.

Met William McGuinn (arborist) at Lake County Home and Garden Show in April. He came out within the week to provide estimate for requested work, proposal received by email before he left the premises. Four man crew came 2 wks later and completed the job within 4 hours. They needed to use a bucket truck since trees were too unstable to climb. Logs and debris chipped and hauled away. Professional job. I feel much safer now that the dead trees that threatened to fall on my house have been removed.

Advanced Tree Care was very professional, responsive, polite and prompt. We had two trees removed and two large maples pruned (Class 1 pruning). One of the trees removed was a large Russian Olive tree which came down by it's roots during the storm. The team completely removed the tree from the yard and ground the stump. All branches and wood were removed from the property and the team left the yard clear. Mike, the Arborist, was very patient and answered all questions.

Company consistently made certain the correct work was performed in a timely manner. Cleanup was quick and thorough.

Job was performed well, crew was well organized and professional.

One of the most professional companies I have dealt with. They answered there phone every time I called.  They came to my home to do a quote.  No pressure no attempt to sell more work than what was requested. Price was more than competitive.  Trimming crew was very good. They were professional completing the job in no time.  The whole yard was cleaned up so that you would never have know they were there.  Salesman/Mike came out to the job to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.  

As a side note, a short while later one of the large branches on a trimmed tree broke. and was hanging down (Widow Maker)  I called to see if they could come out to cut it off.  On short notice Mike was able to divert a crew over to my home that afternoon to take the branch down and make the yard safe.  Now that is customer service!

Overall I would highly recommend this company.  They are professional and care about doing a good job. 

Dennis, an arborist from the firm, called us up from another location when he was in our vicinity and came over then to look at the situation.  He recommended saving the corkscrew willow, which made us happy.  Submitted a proposal via email, which we then accepted also via email.  A date to do the work was set by the office, and reconfirmed by phone on that morning, although we were told that the crew was at another location first.  We heard nothing back from them after that, and the rest of the day went by without the crew appearing.  They were here first thing the next morning, though, and did an excellent job.  We were very satisfied with the quality of the work and the price.  Our only complaint is the lack of communication about delaying the work until the next day - a simple phone call would have been much appreciated.

The best tree service you can imagine.  Value, quality and more value again. Dennis and his crew of four men accomplished more in one day than the other tree crews I have hired before.  I could not believe how efficienct and professional they were.  They did in one day what other crews needed a day and a half to do. Minimal to no damage was done to my landscaping.  Dennis is a certified arborist and knew all the plants that we had in our flowerbeds and made sure not to damage them if the crew had to pass through them carrying the dead trees to the chipper. 
I was so impressed I had Dennis and his crew come back for an additional day of labor on our acreage.

They responded promptly from the beginning with a proposal which was competitive and to any questions we had during the project. We had many fallen tree limbs, branches and tree debris that was cleaned up thoroughly and we were very happy with all the work done. This company provided excellent customer service from inside sales, Mike Bramucci, the Arborist, and the crew.

I asked removal of one big tee and two of not-so-tall trees in my back yard. They seems to be busy at this fall time, so I had to wait 3-4 weeks before the job got done, but the work had completed without any problem. They sent me estimate and invoice through email which was helpful to track for me. Every things had been done without I meet actual workers while I'm out at work, but there was so issue at all with that.

They showed up promptly to give me an estimate. Their price was almost 50% less than the other estimates I received. The work was performed a couple days after I gave the go ahead. They did a wonderful job! I hope to use them again in the future.

Have used Advanced Tree Service before. They are excellent! Their price is reasonable, their crew outstanding, and our place is always left cleaner than when they got there! They took great care to cover our landscaping and their cleanup was exceptional. Mike is a great guy to deal with and we do not hesitate in recommending them or using them again when we need to. No need to look anywhere else.

We had many trees that had Ash Borer and Dutch Elm disease that were tagged by the City of Lake Forest and had to be removed in a timely manner. Many of the trees were along power lines and several of them were over 100 years old, dead and massive. We needed a crane for the tree removal and Mike was recommended through a friend. I called about 10 tree companies, 6 called back and only 2 or 3 were responsive with being able to do the work in a timely fashion. Mike was the most organized, gave me an estimate on the spot and came when he said that he would. The project was large, but he had a large crew and very reasonable prices compared to some of the larger companies. He did great work on time and for a good price.
