He also came over initially to quote a price and then returned to look over the template, which needed adjustment and a new template created. He wanted to ensure that the countertop would be the correct length. He is very knowledge and scheduled our installation for late this week and completed the installation today. He did run into an issue (not of his doing) and was able to handle it. He communicated very clearly to us what we needed to know. We will hire him to install the tiling as well. "Dimitri did a very good job on our hallway. He managed to paint a very tight corner without getting any grey paint on our newly installed white trim. He has a very steady hand with the brush. The grey paint did bleed through the tape onto the baseboard trim in a couple locations but he made certain to repaint the trim and not just leave it up to us to fix. "Vendor arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and said I needed a new ceiling fan. He called Choice, We waited approximately 10 minutes for a call back and an approval to replace the ceiling fan. He went out the truck and brought in a new fan and mounted it. I did have the option of going out to buy a specific make and model vs their replacement one and then he would mount it if I desired. Great service, I am glad I switched to Choice when my last warranty came up for renewal."
