"I have used Bella Cleaning for several years to clean my tacked down carpeting and upholstered furniture. I have off-white carpeting throughout my home, so regular cleaning is a necessity. They have always done an excellent job. They are very responsive to request for estimates and service, are able to schedule work within a short period of time, and arrive as scheduled. Their cleaning team comes in, places plastic sheets or Styrofoam blocks under all furniture, pre-treats heavy traffic areas, cleans the carpet, and then departs leaving my carpets and upholstered furniture thoroughly clean. They also clean drapery, window blinds, and plantation shutters and will be coming to my home next week to provide these services. I will let you know how things turn out. This carpet is a Berber and did not clean as well as the other stairwell. The Berber Carpet is a much tighter weave. The entire carpet took longer to dry than the stated 2 to 4 hours. "I used his carpet cleaning coupon offer. Mr. Bosy called very shortly after I accepted the offer and we discussed what I wanted done. The carpet on the main floor, stairs and hallway needed cleaning and stains removed. He explained what he would do and how and stated he does not move heavy furniture. I told him that the main room was still extremely cluttered and was not ready for cleaning. He was willing to postpone his service and called 2 months later to see if we were ready. I was impressed by his responsiveness and willingness to postpone until we uncluttered the house. When the day finally arrived we still didn't get all the clutter out but it could be shuffled around easily. Now I saw how deplorable condition the carpet were in. Mr. Bosy brought in his equipment and got down to business. He vacuumed the carpet thoroughly before cleaning and applied stain remover. I showed him dried glue glob on the carpet that was rock hard. He worked on it for some 20+ minutes trying to get it out using hand steamer. Alas I allowed him to cut carpet fibers which got the glob out but still had dried glue on the fibers.. He had more success with the bad stains in the entry ways and in front of the doors. He did not use a deep steam cleaner for our carpets but instead rotating brush that scrubbed the carpet with carpet soap. I did not want the carpet steamed since it takes longer to dry. In 2 hours the carpet was dry. I did not expect a miracle but Mr. Bosy succeeded in raising the condition of the carpet from deplorable to decent by giving it a long overdue cleaning and eliminate odors. All in all, I'm satisfied with the work done."
