"Very well. Chris called almost immediately and showed up right in time. After powerwgashing the deck he advised that three might be some issues matching the tint of our original sealant. After we were able to locate the brand and color he returned again right on schedule and applied the new product. Overall it looks good although there is some splotchiness where the product seems to have been applied unevenly. Nevertheless it was a good job. He also worked in patching of some holes in our wood siding caused by woodpeckers. Those repairs were done well."

"Tom Claus was my main contact and he is outstanding. Very professional and responsive. I had to contact him a few times with questions and issues and he always addressed my issues promptly without hesitation. The guys who did the work were very courteous and also responsive to my questions and requests. They were all pleasant to work with, punctual, and stayed with the job till it was done. My only negative comment is that I was the one doing quality control on their work. I had to point out a door they forgot to paint, a gap above a lentil that had been caulked and should not have been, a door that was dragging after they worked on it, windows that were sticking after being painted. All that said, anytime I did point out an issue, they corrected it without hesitation. I got two bids for this job. One from a company I have used many times in the past, and one from this company which I had never used. This bid was much more competitive and I am pleased with the end result. Of course, only time will tell how well the paint lasts."
