Generally, we will discuss payment. It largely depends on the scope of the project. You and I will sit down and discuss completion goals, and if a large project, payment may be required in measurable and pre approved stages.

In the fall, you should aerate the soil, overseed the bare spots, kill weeds, mow the lawn low, and rake your leaves.
