I had to contact customer service to get this information even though they charged for the full service, The second trip, they did the edging but failed blow the grass off the patio, They have one more chance to get it right or I will be canceling the service. I am used to having excellent service where I moved from but this service is lacking. The service needs improvement."

"service was great and so was the price. contractor who did the work was very pleasant and professional. the only thing is he accidently cut down my baby lilac bush. it was just in the twig stage with about 20 leaves on it so it might have looked like a weed. otherwise, this contractor was fast and clean. would love to have him back. :)"
