"Noe showed up immediately, no questions asked and did service at reasonable price, cleaned gutters, and the downspouts completely at a time in which we had overflowing gutters and water in the basement. He was communicative, clean, and I look forward to long relationship with him and his company."

"Always arrived on time, from bid offer to finalization of project. Understood what scope of job, provided written detailed offer with cost estimate well within my range. Started every day on time and worked steadily each day. Graciously accepted our request to briefly suspend work as we experienced a family crisis, and returned to work quickly following our issues. Materials and workmanship all of top quality. Maintained a safe and clean area, removing all debris after each day. Always responsive to questions and explanation of work. Subcontractors too, were efficient providing quality work."

"Had gutters cleaned on a two story house for $150.00 on March 29. During a recent rain storm, noticed that a first-floor gutter corner, right next to a downspout, had water pouring out of the gutter. That roof section is not underneath any trees (lady on phone looked at old Google photo from 2015 when there were trees there) and said they could not come out and unplug that one downspout, without charging me the "bargain price" of $70.00. In my opinion, service providers, especially ones at the higher end of the price scale, should stand behind their work. And, charging me $70.00 to clean one downspout, when the entire job for a two-story house cost me $150.00, is hardly a bargain. Very disappointed in attitude and refusal to stand behind work."

"My first experience with Pavercare told me that we would be life long customers!
We have a 1,200 square foot patio of concreate with brick insets.  Prior contractors we had used didn't do any better than we had on our own using bleach and our powerwasher.
The gentleman that arrived, Gaspar, was punctual, kind, and professional.  Not only did he perform the service but also pulled out weeds along our patio that I hadn't had a chance to get to.  Our patio never looked better... he literally made the concrete and brick look new!
Not only did he do the cleaning, but also set our patio back up (we had moved our grill, table, chairs out of his way)!  Talk about service above and beyond!
The final touch was that he closed our gate to our backyard when he left... might not seem like much, but you'd be surprised how many contractors just leave and don't bother to close a gate...

The price was literally half of what we had been charged by other so-called concrete professionals.
I will definitely use Pavercare again and again!

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

Sandblasting is useful when you need to strip material off a hard surface. Common reasons to sandblast are to remove paint, rust, or get a surface ready for a new material. You aren’t limited to surfaces like walls either—you can sandblast rusted tools, bicycle frames, cement, bricks, and many others. If what you’re sandblasting is still structurally sound, sandblasting can be a fast and inexpensive way to revive the original material.

Because these two systems have different applications, there is no definitive answer to which is better. When working with sturdy materials, sandblasting is cheaper and faster, but more delicate projects require soda blasting. Before choosing either option, consider your specific needs, particularly your ultimate goal (cleaning, removing rust, prepping for painting, etc.), the material, and your budget.

Soda-blasting systems are slightly more expensive than sandblasting systems. To soda blast, you’ll need to spend a few hundred dollars for a blast hose and nozzle, a compressed air supply, a blast generator, a moisture decontamination system, and sodium bicarbonate media, a recurring cost because the powder is not reusable. To start with sandblasting, you will need to spend upwards of $30 for a blast pot, a blast gun, an air compressor, and sandblasting media, many of which are recyclable—further reducing the cost. The total cost for either will depend on the size of the system.

There are two ways sandblasting could be dangerous: improper use of the equipment so that the stream touches your skin, and air particles created during the sandblasting process. While the first is easier to avoid and fairly obvious, the second has the potential to be more serious and is much more difficult to understand. This is why you should always hire a pro to sandblast, as they understand the dangers associated with the process. If proper safety measures are taken, then sandblasting is rarely dangerous.

The disadvantages of sandblasting are noise, mess, and risk. Sandblasters are louder than chainsaws and spread debris on the ground and through the air. Let your neighbors know that you're sandblasting so they can prepare. Sandblasting can damage your property if not done properly, so thoroughly vet any pros you talk to before hiring.
