He too was telling to go with the water heater that this man just pointed out. I was told that Home Depot has contractors that can install it for me. The price was $300. just to put in. I don't have the money to put it in and buy the water heater too. So, the first man who was helping me told me that the city could help me buy it. That I just pay for in the city bill every month. He also told me he had a Handyman business, and that he would install it for $ 100. He gave me he's card. I thank him for all his help. Then I called him about a week later. We set a time.
