I sought out a company to refinish the oak hardwood floors in my 40 s era home and I am very glad I found Perry Schroeder who owns Perry s Floors. The bid he prepared for me was affordable and he and his crew that did the work were very professional and even helped me move some of my furniture that I was not able to move by myself. I would very much hire them in the future!

Prompt response to initial call, quick to quote job and scheduled the day quickly and did the job as promised. I will hire them again. Dennis

I thought they were a bit pricey since he finished the work early but did not reduce his estimate accordingly.

Perry is highly competent and pleasant to work with. He refinished a Kahrs wood floor for us and it is as good as new. He initially had some issues with a new product and was dissatisfied with the result. As a result he had to return time and again - which he did until he was entirely satisfied with the finish. Can't say enough good about this guy. He's the perfect professional.

He was very accommodating on the time frame, and was there at exactly the right time. He and his assistant were efficient, did their job and cleaned up. I would definitely recommend him. In fact, he's giving me an estimate tomorrow on carpet stretching in my own home.

He is a person with great expertise in his work. Also as a person, very good, caring attitude. Reasonable price for the job done.
