Quick to respond. Was able to do the work on the same day. They were able to match the existing paint color. The only thing I was not satisfied with was the caulking. It looks sloppy. It was not smoothed out before they painted over it. They were too rushed to get the job done.

The managers and employees of Idaho Fire and Flood are very friendly. They did crap work, though, and seldom followed through on their promises regarding timelines and quality of work. I still have paint on my carpet left by the painter, although several times they promised come clean it off....

the final touch crew was very professional fast courteous and freindly. They started by powerwashing the siding, scraping away loose paint,then primed and painted .They made our home look and feel new again. They put the final touches on for us.
