He informed us how everything would work, he worked very fast and was pleasant to chat with, and the finished gazebo looks awesome! (just how I wanted it) I’ve worked with home service guys and contractors in the past and they always seem to be a little rough around the edges but Jared was not this way at all. We have attempted to contact roof rescue on multiple occasions with promises of finishing the job and looking into the electrical situation, yet it’s been weeks and NOTHING. The owner hardly gives a response anymore. They have already been paid out for the job and now refuse to finish. They also left our yard completely trashed with metal slats from our old roof. Extremely furious with their lack of professionalism"
