He informed us how everything would work, he worked very fast and was pleasant to chat with, and the finished gazebo looks awesome! (just how I wanted it) I’ve worked with home service guys and contractors in the past and they always seem to be a little rough around the edges but Jared was not this way at all. "Would not recommend. They took two measurements two different times and still got the measurements wrong. They told me it would be an express order and it has been nearly 3 weeks. The original quote about 7 weeks ago told us it would take 2.5 to 3 weeks from the factory on a regular order. Why has it been so long? Why do we feel like the guinea pigs for a company that has supposedly been in business for years? Then they tell us they're backed up.... is it cuz they're too busy fixing all the mistakes??? They did give us half off but after all this I wouldn't of wanted to pay the rest, honestly."
