He informed us how everything would work, he worked very fast and was pleasant to chat with, and the finished gazebo looks awesome! (just how I wanted it) I’ve worked with home service guys and contractors in the past and they always seem to be a little rough around the edges but Jared was not this way at all. "He started to remount the TV on December 12th and Matthew Wagoner left it unsecured on the wall. The TV was loose on the wall. I paid him through Venmo $100 for the service and $20 for the parts he was going to buy. $120.00 all together. He said he would be back on Friday (tomorrow). I sent him a text the following day and told him if he could come out sooner because I was afraid the TV would wall off the wall. He said he would see if he could come out sooner to complete the job. I asked if I could get the $100 back and he could keep the $20 since I had found an actual professional to mount my TV on the wall. I never heard back from him."
