This man started to help me and tell me the one I was looking at was good but, that I should get the one that was a little more. A Home Depot person come over started to help me. I don't have the money to put it in and buy the water heater too. So, the first man who was helping me told me that the city could help me buy it. That I just pay for in the city bill every month. He also told me he had a Handyman business, and that he would install it for $ 100. He gave me he's card. I thank him for all his help. Then I called him about a week later. We set a time.
