"Contacted Mike after waiting for the original plumber we called to cal back (never heard from him) . My daughter told us about My Guy had plumbed their bathroom. Mike told us he would be in Spokane on the 10th of March and that he could do a laundry room sink install in the afternoon. We sent him pictures of the old sink and the plumbing set up. He arrived as promised with all material in hand and within 4 hours he and his apprentice completed the job. The completed project was far better than we had ever hoped for. They did a total cleanup and removed the old concrete sink and did it all at a reasonable price. We would not hesitate to recommend Mike for any plumbing job."

The customer service person was rude. I asked to ask her four times to be allowed to talk to a supervisor because she said she couldn?t do a thing to help me only to find out that my job wasn?t even a scope of what they do which they could?ve told me on the intake so they seem like a huge company but the customer service was horrible for me atleast."
