He is incredible at tile work, Sheetrock, mud, taping, lath and plaster repair, texturing, framing, flooring, millwork, concrete… the only thing he didn’t tackle for us was electrical and plumbing. He cleans up after himself, puts tools away, and leaves the space put back together. I kept him employed for so long and kept giving him work because he did such good work. He has become a friend to me and my family. I wish that I had unlimited money to keep him working all the time. "

It starts with arrogant high pressure salesman who will tell you what he thinks you want to hear, but in reality he is not telling you the truth. When the work is NOT done by the time the salesman tells you it will be, the people in Spokane will not give a crap. They will not call you back and if you keep calling them, they will twist all the words around and somehow make it your fault. The paperwork is never-ending and either lost or reaches a point of cancelation so you will have to sign them again. I have signed the same paper 4 times now and told them never to come back to my house again. I am so disappointed in this company and hope to save someone else months of misery and frustration. I have been on the phone with everyone there from the schedulers to the general manager and got no satisfaction from them. It is a horrible company and I am so sorry I even contacted by them. Wish I had known what they were like before I proceeded. Beware!!!"
