Since its beginning, Guardian Plumbing, Heating & A/C has been involved in projects as small as the simplest service call to design build projects from conception to completion of jobs over $1.6 million. We offer design build, engineering and application services for items related to this trade. Our customers are served with a fulltime office staff working 5-days a week, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our service department hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 5-days a week. We offer 24-hour emergency service 7-days a week. We have one of the largest inventories of heating, air conditioning, plumbing parts and equipment in the area. Our personnel staff consists of over 40 dedicated people serving the trade for over 40 years. "My parents are elderly and live in Pomeroy. Guardian installed a heat pump for them several years ago. The first time it was wired incorrectly and they had to return to correct it. This winter it stopped working and they had no heat. The heat pump was still under warranty. I called Guardian after my parents said they had called several times and were "getting the runaround". I was completely shocked when the female employee who answered the phone told me that they were not going to make a special trip to Pomeroy for one customer. She explained they had no other "runs" in Pomeroy and would not respond. I would not recommend Guardian to anyone. This is an unethical and unprofessional business practice. What kind of company installs a product and then refuses to repair it when it is still under warranty? We called Up The Creek on Thain and they immediately responded and were very helpful."
