"We hired Cransten back in May to touch up some failing grout in our master shower. The first guy they sent used what turned out to be the wrong grout, and just used gobs of it all over all the tile seams. After the first couple months the grout he'd applied was melting off the walls. Fortunately, Cransten was gracious enough and to schedule a warranty repair even though we were a bit outside the warranty window. The second guy they sent, Andrew Ormesher, did a FANTASTIC job. Andrew was on time and professional and took the time to scrape all the falling grout out, cleaned up every tile seam, and sealed it afterwards. Could not be happier with the end result!show more

"as far as I know the work was done well, although I cannot get up on the roof to check. They were not as responsive to contacts after I hired them, and even less so later after the work was done. I was concerned that they did not use safety restraints when they were on the roof. If I had known that ahead of time I might have reconsidered my choice. They were knowledgeable and thought of possibilities that I had not considered and other companies had not mentioned. I would hire them again but would first insist on hard copies or PDFs of all documentation. They have two different websites, which is confusing.show more

"We used them in 2012 and 2013. They did this in the fall and spring. The first three times they came out it was $150 and they did a really good job. The fourth time they charged me $100 more. The quality of work was excellent. They did four hours of extra work. They charge $25 an hour."

"I was walking around in Home Depot, looking at water heaters. His man was looking at them too. As I was looking at the cheaper one, unable to get help. This man started to help me and tell me the one I was looking at was good but, that I should get the one that was a little more. A Home Depot person come over started to help me. He too was telling to go with the water heater that this man just pointed out. I was told that Home Depot has contractors that can install it for me. The price was $300. just to put in. I don't have the money to put it in and buy the water heater too. So, the first man who was helping me told me that the city could help me buy it. That I just pay for in the city bill every month. He also told me he had a Handyman business, and that he would install it for $ 100. He gave me he's card. I thank him for all his help. Then I called him about a week later. We set a time. He came out right on time! He did the work and now I have long HOT showers. Thank You! show more

"The Design Gutter Systems representative explained various options with us when he came to give us an estimate. He took the time to help us understand and know what prep work we needed to do ahead of time. Since money and timing were a concern for us at this point, he gave us options that allowed us to get the work done that was most needed. Not only did the workman arrive on the dates offered, he arrived on the first date and was ready to begin work at 8 am. As the work progressed, he answered any questions that arose. He completed the work in a timely manner. The front of the house was completed before the first early snowfall. The back of the house will be done in the spring since it involves a heating element to avoid frozen downspouts. The gutter looks beautiful. And is even more appreciated since we do not have to worry about the water or ice causing a hazard at the corner of the driveway. <br /> <br /> We would highly recommend.
