"The operator, Tony Price provided a very professional service. At the same time, he provide quite a bit of educational information regarding septic systems. He removed his shoes before crossing our white carpet to inspect our sewer pump and was very careful to avoid backing his truck on our lawn.
I would hire him as an employee in a heartbeat.

"Falcon ICM, LLCâ s Plumbing Superintendent (Ned Booher), planned and executed the entire plumbing package for two years at the Fields Assisted Living and Memory Care facility in Spokane Valley, WA. The building was over 46,000 square feet with 44 memory care units on the ground floor requiring extensive underground waste piping, 80 assisted living units (apartments really), a commercial kitchen, full service laundry, two salons, natural gas rooftop units and two gas fireplaces. Through meticulous forethought and planning Ned stayed ahead of schedule the entire job. The Work was installed professionally and accurately avoiding costly rework and setting a very high standard for the entire project. Ned was a pleasure to work with and has my highest recommendation. None better! Don Lehman Senior Project Superintendent (30+yrs) Coeur d Alene, ID."

Sewer Cleaning questions, answered by experts

A professional drain cleaner is a plumber or specialized drain cleaner with the necessary tools to unclog drains and tiles to keep waste water flowing out to the septic tank or city sewer for processing. Keeping wastewater from backing up into your home helps keep you and your family safe from potential contamination and sickness. These pros can help resolve nearly any drain situation in a safe and efficient manner.

A sewer cleanout typically looks like a white or gray PVC pipe with a removable cap. It's often located either in your yard or basement, depending on your home's plumbing configuration. The cleanout pipe is designed to provide easy access to your sewer system for maintenance and inspections. It may be flush with the ground or slightly elevated, making it distinguishable from other pipes. When you remove the cap, you can access the sewer line directly or determine its direction, which can be helpful when you need to locate your sewer line from your house to the street.

Snaking a toilet is similar to clearing sinks and bathtubs, but there are unique circumstances where you’d have to drain, disassemble, and remove the toilet to fix the clog. For stubborn clogs in the toilet trap, a toilet auger—designed with a shorter cable and a protective plastic encasing—can navigate the tight bends and clear the clog without risking damage to the porcelain.

Some flushable wipes companies say they are designed to disintegrate within a few hours to a few days after being flushed. These wipes allegedly use materials that are more water-soluble than traditional wipes. However, many experts have raised concerns that even so-called "flushable" wipes do not break down as easily as claimed and can contribute to clogs and blockages in sewer systems.

To prevent plumbing and sewer problems, avoid flushing wipes, even those labeled as flushable. Instead, dispose of them in the trash. This can help prevent costly plumbing issues and reduce the strain on wastewater treatment systems.

There are several homemade solutions for clearing a clogged sink that don’t involve pouring harsh chemicals down your drain. Start by pouring hot (but not boiling) water down the drain. This can help dissolve and flush away grease and gunk. A splash of dish soap down the drain can also cut through fat and make it easier to clear the drain. For a more stubborn blockage, grab a plunger and give it a few firm pumps to dislodge the clog.
