"I was having trouble with one of the zones in my house with our alarm we purchased with ADT Premier Provider. Ryan came out and checked the system and the battery in the control box; and those were all good. He determined that the sensor on the slider door was the problem. He cleaned the track, reinstalled the sensor on the door and secured it. The last thing he did that put his service OVER THE TOP was that he knocked down a large wasp nest that was in an area I couldn't reach even with a ladder. This was the best customer service we’ve seen in a long time!!"
"Like most contractors in the area, they are usually busy (they don't keep a squad of repairmen, installers in a back room waiting to be called out) When they are available they are capable of very fine work at reasonable prices. My gas line install is nearly invisible and used only the highest quality materials, even impressed the building inspector. The furnace and AC install went great, the house is now efficiently (and inexpensively) cooled and heated, the crumbling 80 year old chimney is beautifully repaired. These guys do a good job and their prices are comparable to others. "

"We had Henderson Electric hook up the electrical for our new hot tub. They installed the proper breakers, ran conduit/wiring through the attic, to the outside wall, underground to a post, then mounted a switch panel and completed wiring to the hot tub. Can't say enough good things about our experience. Excellent quality of work overall. Very clean and complete professional work. Also very good communication and follow up, which, unfortunately, is not all that common these days. Classic example of doing it right or don't do it, which we really appreciated. We also appreciated the knowledge and expertise as we knew what we wanted done, but not necessarily the best way to accomplish what we needed. They helped us explore and weigh out several options for different ways to do the job, and explained pros and cons of each option. Gave us an estimate the next day and got us on the schedule right away. We had contacted other contractors/electricians and got a few other estimates, some more expensive, some less, but none of them gave us the level of personal service and professionalism like Henderson's. Would absolutely recommend Henderson's to anyone looking to get any home electrical work done."
