We offer Same As Cash Financing for up to 18 months - must be mentioned at time of call. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. We are a Mastic Elite Contractor and the Preferred James Hardie Re-modeler

"Currently going through renovations with this Company. We are over a month into the project which has had 3X times more days not working than actual progress being made on the house. The initial estimate and sales experience was good, they were quick to respond and connect. As soon as we committed to this company and paid 50% deposit that's when the communication stopped. We had windows being installed from another Company so I was communicating status of that install so Burbach could could schedule after our windows were installed. When I told them a date the installation would be complete they gave me a date they would start on our renovations. The date they finally came was 1 week after they communicated. When they arrived they were not ready for the job. No dumpster had been ordered so the demo process couldn't proceed as intended. The guys tried to do the best they could but they were forced to work around their mess. The dumpster then arrived two days later at which point the next day was used for clean up. Once the demo was complete another week went by before the team came back to actually install the hardie board on the house and they would work a partial day and leave. I was told this was due to rain. It only rained for 10min each day and then stopped, if that's true it makes sense why they are so delayed. During this entire process I received no communication. When I reached out my calls and texts were ignored. When I did finally get in touch with someone there was no apology or serenity just that they got busy. After the exterior work was complete but not painted they had extra material left in our driveway along with the dumpster, it took another week for the material and dumpster to be removed but I also had to call on that. We waited another 2 weeks for painting to start and once it finally did they painted half the house and we haven't seen them again for 3 days. I was told they would finish the job last week and it will likely go another week for paint. I'm still waiting for half the house to be painted and I have gutters that still need to be installed so I'm hoping that doesn't take another month to get scheduled. We also ordered patio doors but I couldn't get anyone to give me a timeframe on installation so it became obvious that these were never actually ordered. Overall the biggest issue with this company has been communication and scheduling, its painfully obvious that customer service is not a priority and they have developed a lax and unprofessional culture. If you have other options you should pursue those instead of choosing Burbach."

Masonry questions, answered by experts

These walls are durable, low-maintenance, and add aesthetic appeal and property value.

Yes, you can enlarge windows in a brick house. Your masonry contractor will need to cut away exterior brick to make space for the larger window, and you may also need to consult a structural engineer to make sure the window is properly supported inside the frame of the house.

Europe is a continent made of many individual countries with a history of city life. In these cities, dirt roads were unsanitary and often shifted. The Ancient Romans started laying cobblestone streets in the 3rd century, which became an iconic feature of European cities. The durable and practical paving material proved to be extremely weather-resistant.

These materials are durable, low-maintenance, and offer excellent insulation and aesthetic appeal.

Yes, masonry is more expensive than concrete because the labor is much more involved. With masonry, your expert will build your project from the ground up, one piece at a time, ensuring they use the proper amount of mortar or grout during construction and keeping the project level or plumb. Pouring concrete can also be labor-intensive, but it’s a bit less involved. It requires building a mold, pouring the concrete, and letting it cure. The less intensive labor makes concrete a more affordable option in most cases.
