"We hired Paradise Landworks to do the excavation for our home that we were building. As a first time homebuilder, I had a lot of questions and was unsure about some phases of the project. However, Jesse was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped get our project going and did a great job with the excavation. It made the concrete work a lot simpler with a perfectly smooth and level base to work off of and he did a great job with our backfill. "The provider, Dylan Franz, was about 45 minutes late showing up. He brought another man with him. I thought all was going well, til I stepped out to check on his progress. The roof beams of the gazebo were damaged, especially one beam. I told Dylan this wasn’t acceptable and asked him how he was going to make this right. He suggested reinforcing the beam with another board, and he would come back after I ordered a replacement beam and replace it. I didn’t know what else to do, so I agreed, and he proceeded with the assembly. He knocked on my door around 9:30 pm to inform me that all was done and to give him a call, and he’d help me repair and correct the damage. I paid him, along with a tip for him and his fellow worker. The gazebo looked complete to my untrained eye. The sight was cleaned up with no extra materials or pieces left in sight. The cardboard boxes that the kit came in were all gone, so it looked like it was completed. I was going through the manual for the gazebo a few days later to get the item number for the damaged beam when I noticed additional items that were supposed to be on the roof. I’ve ordered and paid for the missing items, and now I am facing finding another provider to correct and complete the gazebo assembly. I’m left feeling scammed and very dissatisfied with my experience."

"This was the first year our HOA hired anyone to put up Christmas lights. Travis was very nice and Professional. The cost was a little high but that is expected because we had to buy all the lights. There was a delay on getting them all up because they didn't have enough lights in stock. They were very pretty once they were all up. We did have another mishap when a big truck came through and snagged the lights and pulled them out of one of the trees but Travis got someone over to fix them pretty quickly."
