I called again and they sent a new repairman who said the original fix was wrong and I needed a different part which they would order. After two months I followed-up with them to find out that the part was on back order and they had no idea when it would be received. I understand the back order problem, but their customer- service is terrible. To their credit, when I asked for a refund it was made."

They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."
