"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

When you call a professional blind cleaning company, you can expect an estimate for work to be completed. This may involve the professional coming to your home, or they may have you bring the blinds to their business. After you’ve discussed the cost, they’ll deep clean them and fully dry them. They’ll either rehang them for you or send them home with you. 

Professionals either use microfiber cloths and a gentle cleaning solution or a vacuum for basic blind cleaning. Deeper blind cleaning may use a dry cleaning or ultrasonic process typically performed on-site at their business with special equipment.

You should replace your blinds every six to eight years, depending on the level of wear and tear and material of your blinds.
