He is very flexible regarding timing. He cleans up well after himself also. He prefers to work on an hourly basis and is slightly slower than I expected.  Since his hourly wage is at the high end for handyman type work ($40+/hour), that means I've ended up spending more than I originally budgeted for some of the projects. However, the quality is good so it feels worth the expense. He is honest and I trust him to be in my house when I'm not there -- he has done several projects in my home and never abused that trust."
