"I just wanted to say thank you for the great job you did replacing my septic system. It’s clear you take a lot of pride in your work. You handled everything from start to finish with professionalism and care, and the end result looks fantastic. It’s not easy finding someone who’s dependable, hardworking, and honest — but you checked every box. I really appreciated how you kept me informed throughout the process and made sure everything was done right. I’d highly recommend Frank Farms and Excavating to anyone who needs septic or excavation work. You did excellent work, and it shows."

"Tyler from T&I was the very first to respond to my estimate queries. He had a very reasonable offer for me that afternoon. And was even willing to get started that same day. Unfortunately I was still at work when he came, but I told him he could get started without me. He took it upon himself to go ahead and mow the entire 1/4 acre lot, even trimmed the bushes, and he had no guarantee that I was going to pay the bill. He took a huge leap of faith on me, and his graciousness was extraordinary. Iâ m thrilled to know my lawn is now in his care this summer."

"Trey is very professional and skilled. It was amazing how he brought down the old structure and removed the pieces with such precision. Just like watching one of those HGN shows! Left site cleaned up and leveled the area. Beautiful. I would definately hire him again."

No, you typically cannot use metal detectors to find your sewer line. Most sewer lines are made of non-metallic materials such as PVC, clay, or cast iron, which are not detectable by standard metal detectors. Metal detectors are designed to locate metallic objects, so they won't be effective for identifying the path of a non-metallic sewer line. To locate your sewer line accurately, it's best to use other methods.

Yes, you can install a trench drain if you already have concrete in your yard or garden. While it can complicate some aspects of the job and slightly run up the cost, it is doable. Residential trench drains can be easily retrofitted to outdoor areas with concrete without having to remove excessive amounts of your patio, pool area, or decorative walkways.

A crawl space can be as little as 42 inches below the grade of your house, but this is not always recommended in flood-prone areas. At a minimum, there must be at least 16 inches of clearance between the ground and the floor joists to access the space in an emergency.

To determine whether your homeowners' insurance will cover crawl space repair, consider the cause of the issue. Repair may be covered if the problems were caused by an event that the insurance covers, such as vandalism or a windstorm. However, companies won't cover the repair if the issues are caused by neglect or wear and tear.

To locate an underground downspout, you should start by identifying where the above ground gutter drains. Look for an entry point, such as a pipe or elbow leading into the ground. Follow the surface path for signs like depressions, landscaping disruptions, or wet areas after rain. You can use a metal detector or plumber’s snake to trace the pipe underground. For deeper pipes, a professional locator tool or camera inspection may be necessary. Visual markers or utility maps can also guide the search.
