We started as a rental property/landlord company in 2007. After having countless issues with finding reliable, reasonable and ethical contractors, we started our own contracting service. We understand the problems homeowners face in finding a skilled contractor who will provide a timely bid, follow through with the timeline presented and charge according to promised bid or hourly rate. Greg Schenck has worked in all facets of home improvement for 20 years and if not directly doing the improvements himself, is on site to supervise any contracted labor directly, working alongside them.
