He verified what I wanted done and got right to work. He finished in just a little over 2 hours and got about 99% of the stains off of all of the furniture…they look brand new! And then he wound up the hose and hung it back up; laid out the furniture pieces in the sun so they’d dry and made sure I was satisfied with his work before I paid him with a check, shook hands and said goodbye. I’d hire him in a minute to do other work! He’s a young, very hard worker; efficient; cleans up when he’s finished with the job; had a very fair price and is determined to be a quality, successful businessman! I was extremely impressed!"

They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them.
