"The cost was part of the insurance settlement on the move. Their responsiveness took a while. They repaired the couch that you would not know that there was any damage at all. There was only one worker and it was the owner. He was good. He was fine."

I would have preferred they use their own water.  They did a nice job and carpet (cream colored) looked great.  My only complaint (besides not using their own water) is that the carpet was very damp for over a day and was still damp after 3 or 4 days, which was annoying.  The smell from the cleaner also hung around for over a week. 
However, this is a Deal Chicken offer, and was overall a good service for the price.  Great for those on a budget who do not want to clean their own carpets.
