"They punctured the stand pipe to my upstairs bath room with a screw and after the screw corroded, I had sewage leaking inside my wall in my kitchen and into my basement cement blocks. They left the house without siding during the middle of the winter. Wanted full payment before they completed the job. Didn't complete the trim painting until July. Job was contracted in the prior Fall. They kept putting off my job until it ended up not being completed until the following summer. Very dissatisfied with work and the negative attitude of Brian regarding payment for work that was not completed. Repair work was done by another company as I would never recommend or hire Buresh again."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"The short version of this story is that my wife and I needed a roof put on our house and our experience with Tim and his crew was excellent, we plan to hire him again when our new house needs a roof, which we'll be hiring Tim to give us a timeline on. The long version is that my wife and I had been married less than a month and, upon returning from our honeymoon, noticed some major roof damage on the house she was living in when we got married. I looked at the roof and asked some opinions and decided that we needed a professional inspection because it looked bad, but we couldn't tell how bad. Within a day or so, shingles were laying in our front yard and standing on one side of the house, you should see daylight through a hole, under the peak that was part of the wind damage. After extensive research I called multiple companies to give bids. Tim was in the middle of his busy season and was still able to give us a bid within only a few days of our initial phone call. As part of his estimate, he was able to explain the different warranties offered on roofs, dispel some myths in the industry and pointed out how one of his competitors was trying to get one over on my wife and I. Due to the extensive damage and short life left on the roof, he was able to get us quoted, and the roof installed in very short time frame, which allowed us to save the room under the hole in the roof. He was continually available to answer my new homeowner questions and help my wife and I through the process. His timeliness, attention to detail and customer service were impeccable. I travel extensively for work and was out of town when Tim and his guys started on the roof. I was initially worried about the wife being by herself and us not being able to discuss any decisions that needed to be made on the spot. My fears were quickly put to rest after receiving an update call from Tim and my wife on the condition of the sheeting and underlying structure. All in all this was a painless, process. My wife and I returned from our honeymoon just in time to need a roof on our house and despite the circumstances are supremely satisfied with the quality, service, professionalism and overall experience provided by Tim and his guys @ Des Moines Area Roofing.
