"Not trustworthy. They needed me to open two insurance claims to get my roof replaced. When I stated that I didn't want to pay two deductibles, AGR stated they would cover one of the deductibles. They did not. I have an audio recording of them stating they would cover the deductible as proof. They are claiming that this was because I didn't hire them to replace my windows but they stated they would add a 30% markup to the windows and stated there wasn't enough insurance money to cover it. I would highly recommend to stay clear of this outfit."

This method is only appropriate for tiles that are undamaged and securely in place. If the asbestos tiles are already loose, damaged, or deteriorating, encapsulating them with epoxy may not be a sufficient solution, as it might not address the potential for ongoing asbestos exposure.

Regulations require certified professionals for removals and disposal in compliance with local and federal guidelines, ensuring safety and legality.

Federal and state grants for asbestos testing and removal do exist and can help homeowners with the associated costs.
