"The contractor was working on the skirting when I got home from work. He showed me what he had completed and what he was doing on the second side of the mobile home. He was doing an excellent job and was very conscious about doing it right. I am very pleased with the work."

"Great small business, ran by a local guy in Cedar Rapids. He tore down an old free standing garage on the property and took care of the all the scraps and demo. Had such a great experience the first time, I hired him again to rip out the old deck, and build a brand new one. Summer evenings have been great on the deck. The old eye sore of the garage is gone and grass grows where it used to stand. Will be hiring again for the next project!"

"We are so thankful to R&M Construction for a job well done on the siding of our 124 year old home. After getting bids that prevented us from doing siding at all, Ryan quoted us a honest and fair price but beyond price, his professionalism was exemplary. When he said heâ d be at the house he was and on time. He did exactly what he said he would do and he delivered a great product with a great crew who worked diligently to get the house looking so very good. I am so impressed with Ryan and R&M that theyâ ll be hired again for future projects. Honest, courteous and professional!"

"Geat group. They did a great job with my addition and siding."
